Requests and confirmation
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. The parent reviews availability, travel and care requirements, provides a final quote through a private link and sends a separate booking confirmation. You accept the quote and its terms by entering your details and using your full name as your signature. Requested times must be agreed before care begins.
Care offered
Home visits and private dog walks are offered mainly during published school holidays, between 08:00 and 18:00. Home visits last 30 minutes; combined visits and walks last 60 minutes. Dogs, cats and suitable small pets are considered individually. Overnight stays, boarding and specialist medical care are not offered.
Before the first visit
Addison and her parent meet you and your pets to assess suitability. Owners provide food, necessary supplies, a secure lead or harness for walks, clear care instructions, emergency contact and vet details. Access is arranged privately. Please disclose behaviour or care needs that affect safe handling.
Quotes, payments and changes
Website prices are estimates for standard care. The final quote records any additional time, travel or pet-care requirements. Payment arrangements and cancellation or refund conditions are agreed in the quote and in writing through WhatsApp before confirmation. After signing, you can pay by EFT or bank transfer and upload proof of payment. The parent verifies money received before recording payment. Uploading a proof does not itself confirm payment or the booking. Please contact the parent as soon as your plans change.
Weather and emergencies
We contact you to agree safer alternatives if weather makes walking unsuitable. The parent is available during visits and uses the agreed emergency contact and vet arrangements if a concern arises.
Updates and photographs
A pet photo and short care update are provided after each visit. Photos are sent to the owner; permission is requested separately before any photo is used for promotion.
